Policies of the Inns
  • Three-night in-season minimum reservation
    (less than three nights subject to availability)
  • Quoted rates apply to reservations confirmed two weeks prior to arrival.
    Otherwise, rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Holidays and weekends are subject to rate change.
  • Reservations confirmed only with a required non-refundable, non-transferable
    deposit of one night's rent, which is applied to the last day of reservation.
  • Deposit (check, cash, money order or traveler's check) must be received
    within 7 days of reservation to hold it.
  • Confirmed reservations will be held only until 5 PM on scheduled
    date of arrival, unless later arrival has been arranged.
  • BALANCE IN FULL DUE UPON ARRIVAL (Cash or traveler's check ONLY)
  • Motel facilities are for registered guests only.
  • Parking for one car per unit.
  • No pets, no bikes in rooms.
  • Check-in after 2 PM ; check-out by 10 AM
  • SORRY, NO REFUNDS
