Reservations confirmed only with a required non-refundable, non-transferable
deposit of one night's rent, which is applied to the last day of reservation.
Deposit (check, cash, money order or traveler's check) must be received within 5
days of reservation to hold it.
Confirmed reservations will be held only until 5 p.m. on scheduled date of
arrival, unless later arrival has been arranged.
